15% Rebuild Discount for Fire-Affected Homes

Our commitment to neighbors rebuilding after the Palisades fires

The January 2025 Palisades fires took homes, workshops, and decades of memories. We lost neighbors. We lost clients. We lost kitchens we had been servicing for a dozen years.

We are a small company — we cannot rebuild a house. But we can make the appliances in a rebuilt house cost less.

Starting January 2025 and with no end date, we apply a standing 15% discount to every appliance repair and installation in any home that was damaged or destroyed in the Palisades fires. This applies to:

• Repairs — on surviving appliances that now need service
• Installations — of new appliances in rebuilt or repaired homes
• Post-rebuild commissioning — Sub-Zero, Wolf, Miele, Thermador, and other luxury-brand factory start-up
• Insurance-coordinated work — we’ll bill your carrier and apply the discount on your portion

How to claim the discount

1. Mention “rebuild” when you call or submit the form — there’s a checkbox.
2. That’s it. No paperwork, no proof-of-loss, no expiration date.

Who qualifies

Any home — owner-occupied, tenant-occupied, or under reconstruction — within the Palisades fire perimeter, including Pacific Palisades, parts of Malibu, Topanga, and adjoining areas. If you’re not sure, ask us. We’d rather apply the discount when in doubt.

• Major insurance carriers handling personal-property and rebuild claims

Our company grew up in the Palisades. Our kids went to school here. This is the least we can do — and we’ll keep doing it for as long as anyone in town is still putting a kitchen back together.
